This is part of a limited edition ready-made 'Frangipani Seed Pod’ Pendant necklace. Handcrafted from oxidised (darkened) Sterling Silver, a piece inspired from one out of 10 pendants that I'd made for our 3 person group 'Vegetal Slaughterhouse exhibition' for the Parcours Bijoux/Contemporary Jewellery festival 2020 in Paris back in Oct. 2020. My 10 pendant submission as a body of work call 'Field guide from the Antipodean’ for the show is reminiscent of petrified gifts/souvenirs from my time in Australia & New Zealand. They embody and express both play & preciousness, a reflection of the gifts from the nature I'd experienced & taken with me.

Approximate measurements:
• Pendant: the pod itself is 2 cm x 2cm
• Chain lengths: 50cm / 19.6inch and 17.7inch / 45cm.
• Handcrafted from Sterling Silver from my atelier in Paris, France.

NOTE: Oxidised Silver will fade over time with the wearers’ own personal touch, leaving a beautiful antique patina.
